I have a couple more… although these will be a little more difficult than the 7 you mentioned.

1. Stop signing into anything that isn’t SSL encrypted. If your favourite website doesn’t support SSL, stop supporting them until it does. If a web page is SSL encrypted, the URL will start with https:// instead of http://

2. Stop using passwords at all wherever you can. If you use ssh, switch from password authentication to public key authentication.

3. Turn on screensaver locking and lock your computer whenever you are not in front of it. Even with a master password in Firefox, there are still many ways to retrieve those passwords. Also, if you are already logged in, they won’t need your password… they can just change it.

4. As an alternative to RoboForm, Passwordsafe (http://passwordsafe.sourceforge.net) is free, secure, open source and it was written by Bruce Schneier… so it has cred.
