I have been recently inspired to eat real food by Devlyn Steele and Michael Pollan. As I began to look out into the great wilderness (supermarket chains), I found it hard to find a great selection of real food. Here are some resources to help make it easy for you to find real food grown locally.Just a quick word on the benefits. I’ve been eating this way for a little over one month, and combined with daily exercise I have been able to lose more than 20 lbs ( and I don’t plan find them ). I also feel more energetic without those episodes where I just want to nap after eating.
